We are engaged in manufacturing a precision-engineered range of Heliflow BW Series Helical Pumps. These pumps are designed and developed in compliance with latest quality standards and assure accurate flow rate even under rugged conditions.  These pumps are customized as per the specifications of our clients and are fitted with:

• Bearing Housing and pump housing
• Rectangular or square hopper at the ISO suction apparatus and flanged connection at the delivery
• Drive shaft
• Two types of rotor and stator geometries for optimized performance

Our range of BW series pumps is constructed with Cast Iron bearing housing, where as the rest of the housing is manufactured using Mild Steel or Stainless Steel. Wettled parts are manufactured using quality Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 316 and A 20 etc. The stators in these motors are manufactured using elstomers such as Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene, Propylene, Neoprene, Silicon and Viton. Shaft sealing in these pumps is ensured by soft gland packing or mechanical sealing. Further, these pumps consists of universal pin joints thus assuring that these pumps are durable and highly functional.
