Screw Pumps

We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Heliflow BF Series Screw Pump, which is in accordance with the requirements of our clients. These pumps are fitted with:

• Cast iron bearing housing
• ISO certified suction apparatus
• Delivery flanged connections
• Drive shafts
• Two types of rotor and stator geometries available for optimized performance

Apart from cast iron bearing housing, the rest of the housing is fabricated using stainless steel. Rotating parts of this machine are manufactured using Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 316, A 20 etc where as the stators are manufactured using Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene Propylene, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton. Shaft sealing of these pumps is ensured by soft gland packing and mechanical sealing. These are pumps are extremely durable and consists of universal pin joints thus assuring long time serviceability.
